Combining the traditional and extraordinary techniques of the East with modern methods of the West and good old fashion exercise. Each session is customized to suit the particular needs of the individual in a safe, serene environment.
Inspired by personal growth, travel, and continued training in various forms of the healing arts, Gaston is always seeking new ways to combine new thought and learned old-world techniques to better his practice and working with others.
